  • Payments
    Dollens Auto Repair LLC accepts payment via cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of authorized services. Prompt payment prevents mechanic's lien enforcement as provided under California Civil Code Section 3067. We ensure smooth service delivery and your vehicle's timely return upon payment completion.

  • Customer Supplied Parts/Fluids

    While Dollens Auto Repair LLC recommends our premium parts to maintain warranty coverage, we accommodate customer-supplied materials in specific situations. Customer assumes full responsibility for part compatibility, performance, and fitment. Use of customer-supplied parts voids all warranties. If supplied parts prove incompatible or defective, causing service delays, full labor payment per estimate remains due, plus a diagnostic fee up to $75 may apply.

  • Safety/Liability Waiver

    Dollens Auto Repair LLC conducts comprehensive safety inspections on all vehicles. If safety concerns are identified and customer declines recommended repairs, or if safety issues cannot be resolved, a liability waiver detailing specific concerns must be signed. This protects both parties and ensures informed decision-making regarding vehicle safety.

  • Warranty- Parts & Labor

    Dollens Auto Repair LLC stands behind our workmanship with a comprehensive 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty, whichever occurs first. Parts supplied by Dollens Auto Repair LLC are warranted according to manufacturer specifications. Use of customer-supplied parts or services performed by other parties voids this warranty entirely. Dollens Auto Repair LLC reserves the right to review and determine warranty claim validity. All warranty work performed at customer's location via our mobile service.

  • Deposits

    Services over $300 require a 50% deposit before work begins. Deposits are fully refundable if service is cancelled before work commences. A $30 appointment reservation fee secures your service slot and applies toward your final bill when honored. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice forfeit the reservation fee to maintain scheduling efficiency for all clients.
